Why Rise Above Behavior

Clinical excellence, delivered with heart.

We built this practice because we believe Dallas families deserve ABA therapy where the clinical standard is never compromised — and where every child is treated like the most important person in the room.

Clinical-first, always

No remote BCBAs. No revolving clinicians. Every child receives daily, in-person supervision from the same senior clinician — someone invested in their growth.

Family-centered care

Direct access to your child's BCBA from day one. Data-transparent communication, a dedicated parent training program, and a team that treats your family as a genuine partner.

Outcomes that matter

About Rise Above Behavior

We started this because we knew it could be done better.

Rise Above Behavior is a premium, clinically elite ABA therapy practice in Dallas–Fort Worth — founded on the conviction that genuine care for children, clinicians, and families isn't just the right thing to do. It's what makes everything work.

Our Mission

Redefining ABA through clinical integrity.

To deliver client-centered, evidence-based behavioral therapy for children with autism in a nurturing learning environment — redefining ABA through clinical integrity and operational excellence.

Our Vision

The most respected ABA practice in Dallas.

A place where children receive truly individualized care; BCBAs build meaningful careers; RBTs feel supported; families feel heard and prioritized — and where growth enhances quality instead of degrading it.

Leadership

The people behind the practice.

Rise Above Behavior was built by people who genuinely love this work and care about this community. Every member of our leadership team shares the same conviction: that children with autism deserve the very best — and so do the clinicians who serve them.

KYLIE REISMAN
BLAKE REISMAN
Kylie Reisman
BCBA · Co-Founder & Clinical Lead
Blake Reisman
Co-Founder · MSO & Operations Lead

Kylie and Blake Reisman founded Rise Above Behavior out of a deep belief that ABA therapy, done right, can change the trajectory of a child's life — and that building a practice with genuine integrity is both the right thing to do and the only way to do it well.

Kylie built her career at Behavioral Innovations — one of the country's most respected center-based ABA platforms — becoming the fastest clinician across all locations to reach the top of the RBT career ladder. She was on track for a Senior Clinical Director role before passing her BCBA exam. Instead, she chose to build something of her own: a practice where the clinical standard she believed in could finally be the standard, every single day.

Blake brings the operational depth to make that vision sustainable. A serial entrepreneur who has built and scaled multiple businesses across healthcare and services, he leads all of Rise Above Behavior's MSO infrastructure — so Kylie and the clinical team can focus entirely on what they do best: taking care of children and families.

JOLI ORTH
Joli Orth
M.Ed, BCBA, LBA · Director of Clinical Operations

Joli brings deep, proven clinical leadership to Rise Above Behavior. A Vanderbilt-educated BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst, she most recently served as Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers — one of the largest and most well-regarded ABA networks in Texas. Her career spans special education, IEP development, inclusion-based teaching, and leadership of high-acuity ABA programs.

As Director of Clinical Operations, Joli works alongside Kylie to translate the practice's clinical vision into day-to-day excellence — overseeing program quality, BCBA mentorship structures, and the systems that ensure every child receives the standard of care Rise Above Behavior was built to deliver.

What Makes Us Different

We do things differently — and that's the point.

Too often in ABA

High caseloads, remote supervision, burned-out clinicians.

Too many ABA practices have grown faster than their clinical quality can keep pace with — leaving families feeling like a number, and clinicians feeling unsupported.

The Rise Above standard

In-person, every day. Clinicians who stay. Families who feel it.

We invest in what drives outcomes: depth over volume, in-person supervision, real mentorship, and a family experience that builds genuine trust from the very first visit.

The typical ABA clinic

Clinical decisions mixed with operational pressure.

When billing, scheduling, and administrative priorities bleed into the clinical side, it's the children and families who absorb the impact.

The Rise Above model

Clinical leadership is entirely separate from operations.

Our MSO structure means Kylie and her clinical team focus 100% on patient outcomes. Clinical decisions are never made for the wrong reasons.

Our Services

Individualized care. Measurable progress. Real outcomes.

Everything we offer is built around one belief: that children with autism, given the right environment and the right team, can make extraordinary progress.

Core Program

Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI)

Our flagship program for children ages 0–8 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. 100% center-based. Fully individualized. Supervised in-person by a BCBA every single day.

Ages 0–8

Early intervention

Early, intensive ABA intervention produces the strongest lifelong outcomes. We specialize in the critical developmental window where intervention matters most.

Center-Based

Purpose-built centers

Our 4,000–5,000 sq ft centers feature therapy rooms, a gross motor room, kitchen, parent observation space, outdoor area, and social learning stations.

Individualized

Skills-Based Treatment

We implement trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment — building real functional skills and measurable mastery, not scripted compliance.

Clinical Standards

Standards we will never compromise.

These aren't aspirational — they're the floor. Every clinician, every center, every child.

In-person supervision, every day

Every BCBA is on-site daily. Your child knows their clinician, and their clinician knows them deeply — no remote models, no substitutes.

Data-driven, mastery-based plans

Treatment plans move at the pace of your child's progress — not the billing cycle. Every goal is tied to measurable developmental outcomes.

Trauma-assumed care

We approach every child as a whole person. Trauma-informed principles are integrated throughout every program — not bolted on as an afterthought.

Parent Training Program

Our structured parent training helps families carry progress home — building skills and strategies that last a lifetime.

Data-Transparent Communication

You'll always know how your child is progressing and why we're making the clinical decisions we are. No guesswork, no jargon.

Collaborative Care

We coordinate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers in your child's life — because your child's outcomes belong to a whole team.

Insurance & Funding

We work with your insurance.

Rise Above Behavior accepts private-pay and non-Medicaid commercial insurance at launch. Our team handles verification and authorization so you can focus on your child.
